As promised, here is the post on the crazy chocolate cake I have made this weekend, for a close friend's farewell party. It is definitely the most complicated chocolate cake I have ever made, but also the most delicious one. The recipe is from one of the msot famous dessert chefs in the country:

The opening sentence: " Warning: This dessert is not meant to be eaten, or baked, by the faint of heart!! " is to be taken quite seriously I definitely consider it the ultimate chocolate cake.
It consists of six different chocolate textures (pictured): chocolate brownie, chocolate ganache, chocolate meringue, mocha mousse, chocolate mousse and chocolate-rum sauce. Pictures of the final product and stock photo of the cake made by its creator included as well. Enjoy!
