Well Fabbers,

Some of you will know that a week ago I dropped my iPhone in the lavatory! It has been sitting in a container of rice for 9 days. DH got it out today and plugged it in to charge and.... it's working!

I am so surprised. I really thought it was the phone was dead!

We were going to upgrade my phone anyway but we usually sell our old phones on Ebay and for an iphone in good quality we can usually pick up between $300 - $400 which is a nice return.

So DH is happy we can get some money back, I'm happy because I have my nice looking white phone and Master 10 is not happy because he thinks that we should give him the iPhone...he's dreaming!

So the point to this story is if your phone gets wet... put it in rice, it does work!
