DD's borrowing clothes from Mom

I 'm so surprised--I thought this day would never come. DD#1 has started appropriating clothes from my closet! Both of them have blown past me in the shoe department--they will be borrowing shoes from DH if their feet get any bigger. Anyway, I am just kind of amazed that some of my tops and jackets fit! Wow, they grow so fast!

Kelly, I think that just sounds like a whole lot of fun! I think it will be very exciting when my 6 year old is old enough to share clothes with me. And I think it's a compliment to you on your fun, casual style : )

I don't think it will come for me, except in the shoe category.
Both my D.Ds are petite, but the older one is my shoe size so I give her some of my cast-offs. Truth be told she is more storing them for me than wearing them though!

@sarah: It could be as short as 5 years. Kids seem to be growing bigger and faster these days. My youngest has the second biggest feet in the house. I'm also officially the shortest! I still can't believe it! My eleven year old is taller than me!
@lyn: I love the "storage" idea! I hadn't thought that MY closet space could increase x 2!
