Hi all. Sorry I've been MIA. The work week has been quite hectic and I haven't had a chance to take photos of my purchases. However, I do have a few photos of us that I quickly snapped some of which you've seen. Enjoy. More photos to come later. I hope.

Thanks for posting - it was fun (if brief for me). Love you all in the matching jackets. Now I want the final tally of what was purchased! That dress is gorgeous on Diana and do not get me started on Janet in the DVF...

I did not get the dress, by the way. It was (vintage) polyester and also had some fraying seams, etc. But I really like the style - am thinking of asking my mom to make one like it.

I got a white cotton skirt at Benetton, a neon belt at Zara (wearing it today!), and a pair of silky shorts for super cheap at Madewell.

Diana, upon looking at that photo again, I'm convinced you should pick out two cool fabrics and get your mom to make you a dress with that cut. I love that layered asymmetric skirt, and the whole vibe is very you!

I didn't buy the DVF dress, but I'd seen it in Boston a week earlier (just not in my size), and I may be stalking it online. I wish our summers weren't so hot here, I'd love to wear that as a summer dress, but the weight of the fabric and the sleeve length make it fairly warm. Sometimes I wish I ran cold like Angie, but I definitely do not! I'm debating what to wear today, since it's going to approach 100 degrees! I'm going to see Fiona Apple tonight -- maybe I should debut the Anthro maxi skirt??

What a drop-dead gorgeous group!! I'm cracking up at the matching maroon tuxedo jackets--I'm thinking waitstaff or early Beatles tribute band :). Love all of the edgy sandals!!

I just remembered that when Janet, Tanya, and I were in Madewell at the end of the day, the SA complimented us on our cool shoes and then asked us if we went shopping together often. Which I guess we kind of do here on YLF! =)

Thanks for posting these (and taking them!), Naz. It was a fun day! And, for the record, none us bought those blazers.

My take for the day was a tee-shirt dress from Banana Republic, a cami from Anthropologie, and the white moto vest from Zara. I also came home and ordered a couple more Anthro camis and the denim dress I couldn't decide on in the store that day. We'll see.....

Janet, that Anthro maxi skirt you bought is fantastic. You should definitely wear it to the concert...and post a photo so everyone gets to see it.

Hi guys. Just popping in really quick before getting back to work. It was great seeing everyone and hopefully we can get together in the Fall when the temps are much better than these 90+ degree days.

Thank you so much for posting these photos Naz! I had a blast that day. It was great to see you, Janet and Jeanne again and meet Diana and Nancy.

Since I am on sort-of-SYC, I didn't buy much despite finding some beautiful things. The only thing that came home with me was braided tan leather belt from Zara, I have been looking for one of those before the trip.
