DC ladies: anyone free on Sunday June 17th afternoon to meet up?

I am coming to DC for a conference June 17-20 and would love to meet up for food/shopping/chatting if anyone is available. Would love to see Janet, CitygirlDC, Jeanne, and Debora again, and meet some new people too (Tanya!). Anyone else I have forgotten? I think June 17 (Sunday) afternoon is probably the best bet since it is a weekend?

My flight is supposed to arrive @ National at 11:30 am on Sunday and the conference events do not start until the evening (plus the first session seems kind of boring anyway so I may skip it) so I should be free all afternoon and would love to meet up! If sunday isn't a good day for people, I might also be free around dinnertime on Mon. or Tues.

I don't live in DC anymore, but I'm only a quick drive away in PA and might be able to make this meet-up. Sunday would work for me.

I'm in DC and would love to meet. Unfortunately, that is the one week I am in Florida visiting in-laws. Dang!

Yay, Janet, Tanya, and Nancy! Glad to hear that you guys are available! Morethanbeige, we will miss you but I'm sure you'll be having fun in Florida!

I am open to any and all suggestions for what we should do/where we should go. I will defer to the locals. =) As long as I can get there by public transit, it should be all good.

Oh darn! I don't think I'll be able to make it. My son graduates high school on the 13th and I may still have family here visiting. Have fun, wish I could be there!

Hey Diana,

I would love to meet up with you BUT there's a possibility I may be going to Boston to see my sister that weekend or at my in-laws in NC. If by chance, these 2 things don't work out, I would definitely would meet up. Is there an alternate "rain" date? LOL!!

Where are you staying? I think Georgetown is fun and has good shopping and eating opportunities, just not too Metro friendly.

So I think it's a possibility that I will be around the 17th of June. What hotel are you staying in? I'm thinking in term so subway accessibility.

Georgetown would be a good place to go, lots of designer consignments store plus all the other commercial stores we all talk about.
