Dates- maybe strange question ;)

I am in NYC on July 12th but I can’t shop the sale until the 13th.
Can I still go look at things? Or is it like.. you can’t even step foot over our threshold?

Momo, When I have been in Nordstrom during a sale, they have the sale items cordoned off in a separate section and they do check your cardmember status before allowing you to shop the sale area. I can only speak to the Nordstrom stores in Michigan, I’m not sure what happens elsewhere.

Momo, usually, Nordstrom is strict about when you can purchase according to your status. But you can always try

In the last few years I have been able to enter and try on items, and I was able to put a purse on hold. However, I went close to closing and the store was empty. Also, now they are allocating less days for the higher status cardholders so they may be stricter.
