Danier strikes again

I received an e-mail from Danier this morning and it featured this jacket. It combines a few favorites of mine including the smokey teal color and the slim fit. I also like that it has a zip that is two way. I may have to stop by and try it on. I seem to be back to shopping after a lengthy break.

Ahhh, I saw that email last night! But I am squared away for leather jackets already...

I FINALLY got to break out my new grey Danier jacket this past week, while in San Francisco. I bought this jacket in early August, while visiting the BF's family in Oshawa, and I've been dying to wear it. I felt like a million bucks! I didn't see anything in Union Square to match it for cut, color, or the beauty of the leather.

I really am a huge fan of Danier. The shopping experience, the helpful staff, and just the gorgeousness of the jacket itself... I will definitely be shopping there again in the future!

And I do really like the black and white.... hmmm....

Love the teal one! Nice price too. I like the furry one too, but I don't know ow practical it would be for me. I guess it could work on cold days with no precipitation. Danier is a gem!

When I bought my Danier jacket, they also offered, for additional purchase, a can of weather-proofing/water-proofing spray. I bought it and used it. I haven't yet been caught out in wet conditions, but my jacket survived the flight from Atlanta to SF and back. Usually I find I've picked up 'mystery' stains or marks when I travel by air, so I think this can of stuff paid for itself.

I mention this, for anyone worrying about the white leather of the jacket Dianthus linked here. I'm pretty sure you shouldn't use the stuff on fur trim though.
