How is about some pictures or at least links?
I also did not own a single leather jacket in my life until 2010 - and look at me now! Leather disease is really contagious!!!
Oh and we got one for my hubby too last November - it was a birthday present from me.
We just had to spread the joy of Danier around, don't we?

I love the dude posts. Love Mr. Suz! What a great smile. He reminds me of my (younger) brother! Both jackets are good, but # 2 is particularly sharp.

DH has been asking me to take his picture after he takes mine for the WIW posts. He agrees a photo shows things that you don't pick up in the mirror.

He has even become an enabler, suggesting I accompany him on a business trip to TO so I can shop!

Wouldn't you know it - I ordered up some nice leather jackets online (Nordstrom. Amazon and various other places) for my husband's birthday at the end of January - none of them quite worked out, so the deal is that when we visit Vancouver in early October, we'll look for a new Danier leather jacket for my DH. Seeing your DH in his TWO new Danier jackets helps a whole lot, especially since they are so good-looking on him.

Thank you for posting, and thank you to Suz's DH for modeling these - I'm very hopeful that we'll be able to get a nice new jacket at Danier for my own DH in the fall when we go back to visit family in Vancouver.

To Mr. Suz: you look super-stylish in these!

No way - I think your DH and my DH are first-time Danier buying jacket twins! We each got our first leather jacket there a few weeks ago, and I'm pretty sure the one he got is the brown one your DH is wearing. If not, it's an extremely similar one.

High 5, Mr. Suz! He looks really great. MUCH too stylish for a professor. Isn't he supposed to be wearing too-short pants with pleats, and Cosby sweaters or tweed jackets with threadbare elbow patches? That was the dress code last I checked.

You guys are the greatest. He hated how he looked in the photos and I tell you honestly, he really does look better in person and so do the jackets -- the flash does not do nice things. But I read him the first set of replies and he was blushing. He has fallen asleep but I will read him the rest tomorrow..

Ariadne, we need to see your jacket!! Did I miss a post on it??? And that is too funny that the hubs are fraternal twins!!

VC -- now you absolutely have to get your hubs to Danier! Mr. Suz was very surprised to find anything to fit him but he actually had a wealth of options.

Carla, Thistle, when I started with YLF, Mr. Suz teased me a lot. But he has become a very big believer.
