Danier leather-- any experience with them

Does anyone have experience with shopping Danier leather? Are their sizing charts accurate? Have you been pleased with your purchases? Good overall shopping experience? Any info on them would be greatly appreciated.

I have bought 3 leather jackets from them last year. I like the styles and leather quality seems very good. My hubby has a leather coat from them for about 4 years and no problem with the quality so far.
I find their sizing runs big: I am usually in between M and L sizes and out of three jackets I bought 2 were M and one was S. I also remember having to try on XS in one model because S was too big!!
Also I find their sleeves very long - perfect for my 5'10" frame but maybe a problem if you are short.
They also have great 1 year warranty when they repair / replace / refund and item if something goes wrong.

I lived in their clothes when I changed offices to a more casual work environment years back. I can't help re sizing at the moment but their product is awesome. I just passed on a long black suede skirt that is over ten years old that I wore to death and still looks brand new.

I've only ever bought their suede - tons of pants, lots of skirts and I can't complain about any of them. The quality and care required for suede changes with the different components. Cowhide versus more refined suede. I'll be peeking into my closet soon to see if my hunter green suede ankle skirt can be resurrected through alterations soon if I haven't given it away.

A note - their sweaters used to be awesome but not sure now. Reminds you of handmade European ones. I still have and wear a few of them even though the styles have changed over the last 25 years or so. They are warm, well made of quality fabric and handwash well.

Sorry I can't help with the leather but I just want to say I've never gone wrong with Danier Leather products.

I am an XS in their leather jackets, although their sales people (commissioned and +++pushy) are annoying, so I usually buy at the outlet!

I have only had 2 handbags from them, both leather and some sweaters. Very happy with the quality and price. 1 handbag (a messenger) had some repair issue which they handled well, can't remember the details as it was a while ago. Haven't worn their jackets.
I almost forgot, my wallet is from Danier, and I have had it for years and holding up really well. It is only now starting to show a little wear (a tear) on the lining of the coin purse, but I've really stuffed it with too many coins in the past year or so. I would like to get another one like it.

Yes, I have one long leather coat from Danier that I absolutely adore. I've had if for several years. Beautiful soft leather, nice cut, stylish details, reasonable price. I took an XS, which is the size I would expect to take, but I had to have the sleeves shortened because I'm petite.
