These grey Ecco Gillian lace ups really speak to me, but I'd like a bit more room at the little toe. While the leather will stretch, it is more an issue of the high rubber sidewall coming up.
Does anyone know if a cobbler, or a ball and ring stretcher could stretch the rubber? Any experience. I love them enough to try, but I'm resolved not to sacrifice comfort. Fit Fit Fit!!
Or any similar looking styles that come in wide width or have a extra roomy toe box (like Keen, Taos or Born)? I am a 37/6.5-7 with a D width forefoot but narrowish heel. I love slightly pointy toe. and clean look, but I usually can't wear pointy toes.
