Cute leather mary-janes for wearing with straight/skinny jeans/skirts?

Thanks Debora! flat shoes please. need a strap to keep them on and need removeable insole so I can put my orthotic in and put the insole over it. Complicated I know but comfort and being able to be on my feet for a long time is impt.

What is your price point? I really like Angie's cream Fidji shoes at Nordstrom. She says they are extremely comfortable but they are expensive...

Have you tried LLBean? Their shoes are sooo comfy! When I wear them, I don't even need my orthotics.
