Before the election, DH surprised me with an Obama message of Hope boyfriend cardigan. He was despondant when I didn't wear it to election night - but it was HUGE and if I belted it, you couldn't see the message of Hope logo - plus it was made out of the chintziess material imaginable.
I'm going to resist checking this store to see how much he paid... but he did say it wasn't cheap. So Maya I would caution you about that: the merchandise is very cheaply made; the price is high because you are essentially making a donation. If you want this because you need a tote that will last and be a workhorse, I would buy something else; for example, Lands End makes excellent, high-quality totes that last and last and hold up to rigorous use.
With that said, the $75 might be considered an investment! Political campaign paraphanelia can go up in value and become collector-item worthy. But if that's what you choose to do, I wouldn't use the tote. I'd buy it and tuck it away for your grandchildren someday.
P.s. I do wear the bf cardigan quite often: around the house! And over my jammies!!
