Curvy girl picks ETA what I tried on

Waiting with baited breath for Angie picks cause I never go wrong.

I do have to say a little underwhelmed with the curvy choices or maybe it is because my wardrobe is in such a great place.

These are my picks so far Sadly I missed out on some shoes I really wanted so will be stalking to see if any sizes show back up.

The trouve drape collar jacket in gray has been ordered.

The Kut faux vest calling my name - the esemble Angie posted with vests has been one I have wanted to recreate - I have tried on a zillion vests so far hopefully this one will work.

Paul green lace-up loafers already on there way to me - this has been a HEWI for me a loafer i would like as one who loves a clunky shoe. Hope they work.

Considering the EF clunky booties -

I have other things I want to try on but really they are living my fantasy life - because as much as I like print stuff - I find shirts and dresses with prints to limiting for style and don't get enough wear in my closet.

I saw the culottes irl but didn't try them on. They looked very well made. There was a lot of prints in tops and dresses, for sure, especially in Encore.

I posted some plus picks on my two threads earlier this week, btw, in case you haven't seen those yet.

What I tried on - what I bought only the black vest above and the Paul green shoes plus face wash still thinking about everything
1-4 culottes blue shirt may, black shirt and white striped shirt clear yays
5 - dress I didn't want to like it did might be to short
6 - grey pencil skirt has front kick pleats - kinda liking has a matching suit jacket - amazingly would not need to be tailored
8 - black dress pants
9-10 - the blue suede dress I really wanted to not like. I really can't get a suede dress and jacket
So there we have decisions decisions decisions

The striped Classiques Entier blouse is a definite yes - i would have bought it myself had I needed more business wear, and it fits you well. The others I'm mixed about - 7 and 8 are the best, the rest seem to have fit problems. I have a major poison eye for culottes so I won't comment on those, but they do seem to fit you ok.

The skirt looks tight across the front yes - but they next size up is huge and the skirt felt great.
- also blue dress next size up I'm swimming in.
I just got back from vacation and 2 weeks of not exercising or eating well. That slight whispering will be gone after 2 weeks back on my normal routine.
I need to try the black tank in a straight size it is a little to big.
In some combos I like the black coluttes
and in others I don't.

I like the culottes and the animal dress a lot!

After a really quick look, the black cowl top and the animal-print dress really stand out as looking especially keep-worthy. The black dress pants also seem like they work well, and the indigo top is a great color for you, but I'm not sure the sleeves are the best. Love your gray sandals too!

okay - So DH has spoken the blue dress is out - He actually kinda likes the culottes and really likes the animal print dress and told me to get it.

I got the EF silk knit cap sleeve top in ultramarine and black. That blue color is just so rich, I think you'll get a ton of wear out of it. I love the draped black blouse on you!

I like the culottes, the black and white dress, and all the tops on you. I think they are super fab! The pencil skirt and the pants are possibilities; the skirt didn't photograph all that well, but given your description of how it fits, I think it would work great. And if you need a suit, how fantastic is it to find one that doesn't need alterations?

I love those Classique blouses! I got the striped one, and was tempted by the black one because it's just so well made. Hurray for silk blouses - they've been so hard to find lately and they're so comfortable.

I did try on the EF boots but got some AGL's instead because they were so freaking comfortable it as like wearing slippers.
