Curvy Gals - Jennifer Lopez Jeans

I just thought I would chime in and let other curvy ladies know about these.

The first pair I bought was insanely long on me, and they were the M length. I returned them as I didn't want to mess around with hemming bootcuts.

I ordered the S length, thinking the whole jean would be smaller as it would be petite. It wasn't. Fit just like the M but with a short enough length I can wear low heels and not step on the fabric.

They come in three lengths S, M, and L. I don't wear heels, so the S was what I needed.

Yes, boots cuts I can actually wear with my boots!!

I got them on sale at Kohls for $36. The code SAVEBIG30 takes 30% more off of that. So, a great pair of bootcuts under $25.

I only share this because I was looking at jeans at 3-4 times this price point and couldn't find anything.

Thanks for sharing! They look like very nice jeans. Are you happy with the fit? I remember you talking about the RL jeans last week. Did these work better for you?

I like them better than the RL jeans I ordered. The jeans I ordered had a "slimming" panel in them that was not noted on the description. As with all slimming panels I have encountered so far, they were uncomfortable and not flattering.

I have yet to go looking for more RL jeans. I will, but now the pressure is off a bit as I bought these.

On a side note, the Gloria Venderbuilts did not work for me. They just didn't quite fit my shape and had some extra fabric through the tummy area. It is really hard to descibe, but even DH agreed they were not flattering.

I also have some Lee jeans on the way.

I am pretty picky, too. I like medium washes which are hard to find as I am not willing to live with jeans that might stain my sofa. Or worse yet, my MIL's new sofa!

Of course, I'm interested in this, and we have Kohl's here in town! I looked up the first link, and in the lighter color my potential sizes were unavailable. In the other color everything was available but I couldn't tell what the color was - dark blue or black? It 's called Edinburgh. I don't know what to make of that!

ETA: Q&A said dark blue.

These fit me, curve-wise, pretty well too. The L lengths must be available only online, though, because in store every pair I've tried on has been too short. Fit is good, though, and the price can't be beat.
