I can't think of anything! Custom Burberry trench that actually fits?

Silver, pointy toed ladylike booties that are insanely comfortable. And in my budget

Probably Frye Engineer boots, and maybe the perfect winter coat....

Oh! I forgot the other one, the one that I will never be able to justify buying unless they get reduced by 80%:

I am dreaming big a Chanel bag.
Diana- Those boots are fabulous!

I just ordered my dream item! I noticed it was on sale at Nordstrom (40% off) and I bit the bullet. It should be here next week!

Another vote for the perfect suit - black with jacket, pants, skirt, dress which all would fit perfectly

The trench and the cross-over slouchy pants, but not in taupe -- some soft color for the spring though!

I want a Chanel jacket.
And I want to make a second one.

JAileen, I hope it's perfect! How awesome to have your dream item come on sale.
I didn't think I had one, but now I'm beginning to think the basic things like a black casual straight skirt and black shorts are really hard to come by. At least, in a style and fit I like.

A fab plaid skirt that's work appropriate and can be worn for 2-3 seasons.

I want a blazer style denim jacket that is not too short nor too long. I should probably look for a petite so the sleeves won't need altering.

So many beautiful choices and wishes! I want to find a leather jacket - no, make that two. A minimal black moto ( I loved your choice, Adelfa) and a short, fitted one in cognac.

Ultimately, I want a classic Burberry trench.

The perfect leather jacket (as documented earlier today).

My problem is that I get a new shopping obsession every few days (in addition to the jacket), this month. I know it's just a phase, and I know why I've been so hooked on shopping (avoiding stressful work), but the internet is dangerous for people like me who love to methodically find all possible biker jackets (or whatever) in all possible stores.

I have been keeping an eye out for several seasons for my perfect trench and have had zero success.

The requirements:
-Cool, almost grey beige; Black accents are a plus
-Double Breasted
-Wider Lapel to balance my shoulders
-Belted
-Fit-and-Flare shape, but no pleats
-Some detail at the back yoke (seams or a button)
-Perfect fit, of course!

Yup. In my dreams.

Mine is from Angie's blog post http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/ka.....8ehDpt4NXw
It's that Kate Spade purple coat.

Belstaff wool coat. But they cost upwards of $4000, so it ain't happening.

well, this week I'm in love with this jpeg of a wool cashmere blend jacket in this exact colorway and size check. Love the color of the zippers against it, too.
Since it's well over 500 dollars, it's not happening.

Stella McCartney flares. I've never tried on a pair, I'll probably find out they don't fit right. But a girl can dream.

This amazing $800 cashmere sweater. Maybe if we move to a colder climate, then I could justify it!

Perfect navy burberry trench!

Since I began obsessing about capsule wardrobes, my closet has been a mess. True I-can't-this-sock-pair type of mess. So ATM my dream wardrobe item is... an organized wardrobe.

I returned my dream jacket to Nordstrom yesterday. It was beautiful - the leather was soft and supple, a beautiful dark pewter color, with lovely and interesting quilting. However, I looked like a stuffed sausage in it. Not a good look!

A navy blazer,good quality

Is it weird that I don't have a dream item? I like too many things...but nothing stands out...

There are so many things... Top of the list would be: flat-heeled, knee-length boots, warm enough for winter. And comfortable. And fitting my wide-ish feet and calves, and shorter legs. This may take some time ^_^

A good wool winter coat, preferably in black.

I spend half my time in the South and the other half in Massachusetts, and I'm limiting myself to one suitcase each time. This causes some interesting issues when it comes to clothing, especially bulky stuff like coats.
