I am considering having a go with these...what do you think?

Frankly, I think these look awful on the model, but sometimes things look better IRL on a curvier person. Two things inspire me to try culottes; first, I had a forest green mini-wale corduroy pair when I was a child that I loved...I wore them with a heavy cream-colored sweater.
The second is that I recently saw a woman wearing a pair at the bus stop and I really liked the way they looked and especially how fluid they were when she walked.
