Cuffed Jeans—trying new look

Hi Everyone!
I am trying to update my jeans look based on Angie’s wonderfully thorough blog post. I have in my closet relaxed straights, slit hems, and bootcuts. I need to look at my shoe variety as well, because I got very withdrawn during the pandemic and focused very little on outfits—I don’t want to say that I spent the pandemic in my PJs, but I would say that I spent too much time in my PJs .

Anyway, here are 2 looks with cuffed jeans. All comments welcome!

I looove cuffed jeans. That said, I think the blue pair work better because of the contrast between the lighter reverse of the denim. They look terrific with the heeled pumps!

Love both cuffed jeans. The first outfit looks less harmonious because that shade of blue is not the best with black I would try black jeans with other tops. But definitely looks great to me.

Thanks Roberta, Irina, and Suz—I was thinking the same thing about the blue. I don’t have a print blouse with black in it to tie in the black shoes, but maybe it’s not necessary.

Both cuffed versions work well, especially the jeans with the contrasting cuff. Looks nice combined with your floral top and cardigan.

I'm in minority - like the black jeans slightly more ( I guess I'm into black jeans now ). Both versions work well to my eye.

I like the second version a lot - do you have a high shafted slim boot to try with them too ?

Both are good but I like the blue version in the pics you showed. The black jeans are certainly just as good. Love the heels...they really elevate the look and you are FAB in them.

Gosh I like both pairs of jeans cuffed….
2nding LJP, I’d try both jeans with a high shaft slim boot…and as the weather warms up, sneakers are always a nice option

As an aside, those black jeans would look fab with the bomber jacket you wore with the wide pants a couple of days ago. Lol, I have bombers on the brain as it’s on my spring wish list.

Oh, yay, cuffs! Big fan here, I like both. The heels are great with these. I agree with everyone who asked about slim high shaft booties; would love to see those here and also sneakers, just as added options.
