CSA - Which size of Kut's? - YouLookFab Forum

CSA= Copying Shannon again
I was so on the fence about the size of the recommended white Kut from the Kloth Catherine's BF's, that I did as Shannon did, and ordered two sizes. Unlike Shannon, pretty sure at least one of these pairs is staying in Canada. Can you help me decide which?

The navy sweater is with the larger size, the cobalt with the smaller. The smaller ones fit more as normal jeans would, the larger more the slouch b/f feel I was hoping for, but do they look too big?

Now, I'll fess up... I'm not opposed to keeping both... the larger for hot summer nights (oh wait, we don't have those...) and the smaller when I wanted to have a "tidier" look, as I love the fit, length, etc. My other white jeans are long and don't really roll up well (to wide).

For the BF look, I think I like the larger size. They look great from the front, a little baggy in the back, but I guess that's the trade off. Just means you have a small tush!

I like the larger size in every photo. I also ordered two sizes but one is smaller than I'd intended. This convinces me to go back and get a larger size to try. You could easily keep both. I wonder if they get looser with wear.

Both sizes "fit," but I prefer the larger. I think the ease is perfect and the way the pants drape around the curves instead of hugging them makes you look smaller, I think. That said, some Kut pants have a tendency to stretch. Do you have a feel for how much "give" is in the pants?

P.S. Love the acronym "CSA!"

The larger ones look perfect to my eye! The smaller size is okay, but seems a smidgen tight around the hips.

I was actually considering buying two pairs of these too for just the same reason. (I have sized up ones for now). I think if you keep just one then it really comes down to which look you will wear more. They both look good. In my experience they stretch out a bit with wear, so for the larger size you really have to be committed to the baggier look.

Thanks for the input everyone! Looks like the bigger ones will be staying, for sure. I think the baggy/slouchy will be so comfy for summer.

Wow! These both look really good on you - but I'm in agreement with everyone else - the larger ones are more flattering - I think they are actually quite slimming and just look perfectly comfortable for summer!
