cropped fitted cardigans- where are they??

I have been looking for cropped fitted cardigans in a variety of earth tone for years with no luck.
I am looking for specifically:
terracotta, orange, coral, tomatoe red
olive green, muted lime
gold, ochre , caramel
I can find black and white but that is about it.
J crew cardigans are too boxy for me- (tried many times) as are landsend and llbean
Boden had some promise but they are all sold out.
Has this style disappeared?
I need a few for my trip, jackets will not fit under the trench I am taking and they are so much lighter to pack. I am not looking for cascading- there are zillions of those out there. Thanks!!

It is from NY & Co and though they are only showing the cement color online, in store I saw at least the muted lime, ochre and maybe some of the other colors you mentioned. It seems to be really pretty decent quality too.

Target has some. They seem to be a staple because I got my cream one there back in February and they're still current.

They have a bunch of colors, including one that looks kind of olive-y online.

Try petite departments if you are pushing up the sleeves. The AnnTaylor outlet had some but I don't remember all the colors except turquoise, white and black .
Also try Target, including the sale rack. I bought my last two there as I'm hard on them in the summer, tucking them into a bag. this is the second page but had more of the colors you might like. I found other colors at the store.

There's a lovely coral. I have this sweater in several colors and it's nowhere near as long as the picture indicates. It's very fitted and much shorter. I can take a picture if you think it might work.

Jean, your colours are hard to find right now. Perhaps in Autumn? Also, the basic cropped cardigan has been scarce in favour of making room for all sorts of other cardi shapes.

I am not a huge fan of the cascading shape cardi- it does not fit under many coats and somehow is just too much volume for other elements in my style. Are there any other styles you would recommend that are slim and light? Maybe the NAS sale will have more of my colors although the fashion world has stuck with grey and purple for so long I will not hold my breadth.

I was going to recommend the Maggie London cardigan from Nordstrom's too. Jean, this is also my frustration. Hands down, the cropped cardigan flatters me best. During the sale, I snapped up the Maggie London cardi in white and black. (I don't care for the other colors for me). It's very nice!

I also just can't get the cascading cardi's to work. They make me look boxy.

The halogen cardi is lovely, but is it cropped enough?

The ML cardi is really pretty too. Don't you have a cropped coral cardigan?

Jean, this might sound crazy, but try the juniors section at Nordies (BP.). They have a basic 3/4 sleeve crew cardi that is perfect and inexpensive, so they are guiltless to replace! I noticed that they also carry a shrug in case you want something super cropped:

They have a "melon" color that is nice, and also a nice bright red (maybe not orange enough for you, tho). And they refresh the colors each season, so keep an eye out in Fall!

I know lots of people at work use this cardi as their basic staple!

I purchased this grey one recently, BTW, and I love it. I bought a large (am a M in women's). It's got a ruffle, which might not be your style, but the length is perfect

On the button down, the colors are almost out of stock online but I've seen several more colors in the stores.

I would also check Brass Plum at nordstrom. I saw several there in different styles.

I saw short sleeved cropped cardi's in Karen Millen today. Do you have access to that store?
There were various colours, I remember orange, red, turquoise/green.

Thank you so much! I have ordered about 200.00 worth of cardis from Nordstrom (free shipping. Most of them from all of your your suggestions. Angie, I clicked on an item from your store and shopped from there. Do you get credit if it is not an item in your store but from Nordstrom? It goes directly from your store to my Nordstrom account on my computer.

I do have a coral cardi but the is not great- a thrifted item- I need a better one.
