Cropped denim vest - which color?

At this price I can afford to take a chance. These vests are the right cropped length for me at 14 inches. Which color do you prefer? Are any of them outdated looking? There are 6 colors which you can see by choosing them in the select menu, as the pictures don't give you a clue which ones they are. I'm leaning toward V34-LU right now.

I also like the darkest one (V34-ANTQ) but I don't think it will be as interesting with my mostly dark wardrobe.

I would definitely say no to the antique. Looks soiled or like you should be dating Kip Winger.

I'm a traditionalist, so I think I like V13-LU the best.

I can't tell the difference between V13-LU and V34-LU, but both look classic to me. I have a poison eye toward the antique finishes since they look dirty and teenager-ish to me, but I should be one to talk since I just bought a cropped denim vest with raw edges at a teen store!

V13 has an extra button to V34 Una. I also like the LU (light wash I guess rather than distressed or antique) the best.

Could be very boob enhancing. Do you want that? I keep wanting to see sleeves that I can scrunch. If you get one of these, you must keep the frye taylors to wear with it.

I have a vest like this and it's a workhorse. You can pop it over a dress, wear it with a sleeveless tank with slouchy pants, with a skirt, shorts, you name it. Just the right thing to toughen up anything that's a bit too sweet. I think your moderate, mid-range color choice will maximize flexibility for pairing with different items. Can't wait to see how you style it.

I know the price is too good to pass up, but I actually think the arm opening is too wide and overextended for a petite figure. If you don't mind that, I like your color choice the best.

The stiffness and weight of the denim usually makes it skim over the girls rather than emphasize them so I think you should be find in the boobage department.

My vest shopping experience has me convinced that the boob-enhancing or otherwise widening effect a vest might have is dependent on how stiff and heavy the fabric is, the size and placement of the pockets, and whether it's simply cut with a lot of fabric across the chest.

If you plan on wearing it mostly open, it may not matter so much, but I wear mine closed and open pretty evenly. I just had a lot of trial and error, and since I am very narrow across the back/underbust, I probably had more challenges with fit than you will.

I'll be interested to see how this works out for you! Iike your original color choice the best.
