They were half price at a local store...dd says my feet look long in them (I normally wear heels for that reason) but the higher heeled pair were less cowboy-ish, and I felt like they were dipping rather than diving into the look...
eta pics WDYT? My feet DO look a bit long in these, but the size down was too squeezy.

Nay - try the higher heels (not sure I'll be allowed to exchange as they were on sale).
As a hypothetical aside; I did really like the higher heel, too, it was darker than these and had a longer shaft, but I'm thinking 2 pairs of cowboy boots seems excessive?
