Coveting Angie's cream leather jacket led to this K/R - ETA decision

Ever since I saw Angie's pictures with a cream leather jacket I wanted to get one too. I just LOVE how this jacket makes everything look crisp and good! However I could not find anything I liked for 2 years...
Last week I saw a white leather jacket on Danier website and decided to give it a try. I ordered it and also ordered the same one in blue hoping it is cobalt blue (which is was not...).
They arrived yesterday and I want to have your opinion on them. I will not say what I think for now
For details you may not be able to see well: they have leather mesh panels which I think make them more wearable indoors. Also they have 2-way zipper so you can zip it in a place you want and as much as you want - pretty handy.
So what do you think - should I return both or keep which color?

I'm sorry, but you were MADE for that white leather jacket. WOW!!

Do you have the budget to keep both? If yes, keep both. But for God's sake, don't get rid of the white!!

I vote definitely keep the white - that looks stunning on you. I'm not sure on the blue though, and I'm definitely not the one with a good fashion eye, so listen to the others, not me

Love the white, and while I normally love anything blue, this colour in a leather jacket seems 'off' to me..monitor colours perhaps?

I prefer the white one. Not only is the colour better on you, it seems to fit better (? - maybe this is optical illusion) and according to Angie's info white is going to be super big!

Sveta this is a tough one. I like the jacket a lot. And particularly like the two way zipper. But I cannot decide re the color. I like the white but I am concerned it could wash you out a bit if you don't add some color in the neckline. The blue is a beautiful color but maybe not as versatile as the white. I think you need to keep in mind that it was the white you have been looking for two years.:)

I know they are only photos & real life is often different but the blue one looks more expensive imo & the colour blue looks lovely on you.

If you have to choose one, I say go for the white. You have been looking for it for 2 years, so it fills a wardrobe hole. I think it looks better on you. It is more versatile. It is going to be a huge color, especially white leather, this spring and summer.

I never thought I would choose white over blue but I think I prefer the white on you. It fits very nicely and the proportions are great on it.

I love the white, and I prefer it either unzipped or open at the top and bottom, not all zipped up. Would also look good with a scarf.

Okay, I'm probably going to be the only one who says this but I don't love the collar style. The fit is great and I love the white (surprising for me!), but that flippy strap across the neck and this type of collar just don't make me happy.

Take that with a grain or two of salt because it's kind of a poison eye for me. YOU are gorgeous as always!

I have not read responses yet, but for me something seems lacking, as if they are almost too plain. Maybe it's the flood of moto styling I've been seeing for so many seasons clouding my opinion? I am not a fan of the blue color, style aside. The cream would be a lovely color to add, I'm just not sure this is 'the one'.

Hm... not loving how they look open. You have set a high standard for leather jackets, and I'm not sure either of these matches the awesomeness of your current beauties.

Thank you all for your feedback: it did help me to make up my mind.
As I said I was loking for a white or cream jacket for a long time and when I received this package I was very excited...until I put them on. I just did not get the same heart pulpitations I had when I tried on my other leather jackets but I could not figure out why. Your responses helped me to do it!
I think it is a combination of a neckline and longer length which just don't "sing" to me. Also the white color is closer to off white (chalk white) that to cream and I think it is not my best white. The difference is not very pronounced but I think it is enough to make a difference here. Blue is also not quite right for me. I hoped for a deeper cobalt blue and this one is lighter and does not have as much red in it as cobalt has.
I think I just don't like this collar shape on me. Also I really admire Angie's cream jacket for the architectural effect its collar has (especuially with black). I think this is the style of collar I want in my elusive cream jacket!
As for the length I thought that longer length will work better on me (listening to Angie's "long overdue for longer jackets) but maybe moto style is just does not work well with a longer length?
In any case they are going back. I don't love any of them enough on me to justify keeping. I am PPP all the way. However I would have never realized this without your help as one part of me really wanted this to work and justify $15 of shipping cost...but you helped me to see the light

Looks like you already made your decision, but thought I'd point out that this collar style is a functional thing rather than a form thing: the little tab at the neck is used to keep your jacket snug and the wind out when riding. There isn't really any reason to have it on a fashion jacket, unless you just like it (I have a couple jackets with the tab which I personally like for myself). To me, that cobalt jacket looks like gear because the bright blue makes me think of actual racing jackets, especially coupled with the tab neckline; I think a cobalt leather jacket for you could be awesome, but would prefer it in a biker or blazer style for you. The last photo of the cream with the zip done up in the middle totally confirms, for me, that a blazer style cream leather jacket would suit you so much better! All a long way of saying I think you made the right decision

Oh, Sveta, I'm glad. I hate posting when I don't like something but fear the poster is in love with it and I'll be a downer. I just don't like this type of scuba jacket much and rarely love it on anyone. You have a fab collection and the right one will find you!

I'm also happy you decided to stick it out to find the perfection you deserve. And I was going to say, rather than cobalt, the blue seems more smurfish to me. I do love the next choice of the deep rust you found while with hubby.

I too covet Angie's white leather jacket and you've come the closest to finding the best match so far. I've also been looking for over a year and still cannot find one similar enough to invest in. I think you've made the right decision with your recent jackets.
I think it's the neckline on Angie's leather jacket which makes it versatile. That neckline fits well over dresses of any neck style and I think that's it. Thanks for venturing out and trying these.

Aah, it's too bad...but I see what you do and agree with your decision to return. That elusive, perfect cream leather jacket is right around the corner :).
