After decades of being watch free, I have decided I suddenly need a watch and this need is quite desperate and all consuming.
I have been checking out the offerings and I'm surprised to find that I'm drawn to those designs with a leather strap.
This Nixon watch is really singing to me, I love how the gold face is so simple and will work with my wedding bands but the strap is black and I'm blond. Does this mean I will have to try to bookend somewhere in most outfits for the watch to look intrinsic? Would it look totally out of kilter on the days I wear a softer palette?
A little more information:
My skins undertones are pink and I have blue eyes.
My preferred neutrals are grey, black and navy.
My preferred colours are muted blues, purples and pink.
So what say you (given this would be my only watch), give it a try, keep looking or change the strap?
