Could I wear this dress?

I personally think the dress would look fantastic on you. You have the height, hair and grace to pull it off. There isn't too much ruching on the top so if you are worried about emphasizing the bust, don't. The panels seem to lay straight for the most part and will most likely skim gracefully over the bust.

If you do get it, I will enjoy it vicariously through you!

I had the same reaction as MaryK to the dress in general, but what's old is new again, I suppose. If I saw you wearing it, I'd think you were being ironic ;^) However, it may look fabulous on you and you are young enough to pull it off. It's a dress that seems dated maybe only to those of us who wore them.
