Hi i have to go to a wedding reception saturday, its meant to be casual but have been told that all women wear dresses to these occasions, the men are wearing shirts and trousers maybe a tie but its ireland and in the country so the tie will soon come of. A new dress is not in my budget this week and i only own one and am hoping this will pass. What could i do to liven it up a little. ignore the necklace i dont have that any more
