Soft pants and loose dresses/skirts sound great. I do have to be evil and ask "why not pyjama pants" though? There are some fantastic ones around these days to suit all tastes and (if you have the budget for it) could look super comfy and cool in a recliner

The Vermont Country Store carries a lot of cotton clothing in more traditional styles so that might be worth a look. http://www.thevermontcountrystore.com. I didn't read all the replies here too carefully, did anyone recommend Sierra Trading Post? They might be worth a look too. Good luck, sounds like quite an ordeal and you have such a great and positive attitude going into it. Body part replacement has become so common but it's still quite a big thing to go through.
