Considering two looks for an all day date on Saturday. We're basically taking a little roadtrip into the mountains to look at the fall foliage. Destination unknown, whatever highway we feel like going down is where we'll go. Most of the day will be spent int eh car most likely, but if something seems interesting we'll stop, so there may be some walking, though likely no hiking or anything too intense. Wherever we are at dark, we'll find a haunted house in that area and someplace to eat dinner.
Note: He tends to seek out nicer restaurants, so I chose two looks that work for both the casual outing and a potentially nicer restaurant.
There may still be a little leftover drizzle first thing, but otherwise cloudy and brisk is the official forecast LOL. Low 50s for highs, so I will be wearing a jacket (not pictured) when outside.
Outfit #1 seems like a little more of a fun look to me, while the orange blouse seems to "pop" more in outfit #2 since it is not behind a dress.
All pieces in the photographs are exactly what I own or nearly
identical. Additionally, I am height and weight proportional, 5'4", and
my hair is brownish blonde, about halfway down my back.
What do you all think?
Outfit #1: Orange long-sleeve ruffle blouse, black pinafore dress (dressy material, not a denim dress), hemline a few inches above my knees, white leaf print leggings, white lace socks, and black cloth Keds Champion sneakers.
Outfit #2: Orange long-sleeve ruffle blouse, dressy black skirt, hemline a few inches above my knees, white leaf print leggings, white lace socks, and black Keds Champion sneakers.
