i've done some test to identify my body shape and i have pear shape with burst:32.5 inch, waist: 25.5 inch, hips: 35 inch. So that make me feel fat, and i want to lose some weight but many people i already look thin and i lost some weight and will look more skinny. However, i want to get the hour glass shape.I wonder if i working out to shape my lower body is it impact my body weight too??
