Many ask about where to find the best layering tops. I love the ones from Fred Meyer, which is a Pacific Northwest grocery store with a clothing section. They fit well and have some lycra, so no bagging.
And I'm not generally into Christopher & Banks, but they have some great dresses for good prices. I've only seen them online. I just received a black polka dot wrap dress that I got for a great price and it fits perfectly.
