I really like all these items for fall, love the relaxed and casual vibe and the colors are just my thing.

Yes, I love those outfts and they are so functional with their mix and match. I'm thinking to print this out for the fall season and structure any additional buying around these pieces. . .

It would be a less random approach than I'm used to!

Yes, I'm normaly also one to buy random, this fall is the first time I really have a list. We will see if that works out.... There are some pieces I really like here, I need to think about the way I could wear something similar myself. These are sadly too expensive.

Edit: Yes, the outfit with the cape is great. Although the skirt would be too short for me IRL.

But what a great time you'll have hunting down the items you want -- in your price and style range!

I would probably never choose a dress or skirt or even a scarf in a small floral print, but I will look for a dress, tunic, etc. in smaller prints that appeal to me. I'll also be adapting some of those pants styles to suit my (not long, lean) legs

I'll be in my closet, seeing what I have that already works as some of these items. . .

OH oh oh. Very nice choices Astrid. Will you be able to find something similar near you at a better price point?

The jacket and silk blouse are precious but what really got me was the marine inspired dress.

The little tabs on the waist are so neat. It would give you shape without having a belt go across your middle with those stripes. The navy and pinky beige is such a nice mix, unusual I think - just enough to be really interesting. The naval inspired buttons on the back are awesome. I really like how the stripes are not just the whole dress but certain parts of it. Here I go blathering on when the Paris stripe/marine look is not really a look I get all excited about... This one has me sitting up straight and leaning forward towards my computer monitor though.

That's exactly my thought on these outfits!

My first to approximate will be the top tow, 2nd from the left. Of course, this might end up being sometime in September when things cool off. . .

sarah - I think colored jeans are just beginning around here. I was at Nordies yesterday (again, I know!) and the amount of colored jeans in Savvy has just doubled or more what they had a month ago!

I love the way they have put the looks together with the items. It makes it much more inspirational than just the items on their own.
I wish I had the one they did for spring/summer so that I could use it for inspiration in the coming months. Instead I'm just favouriting everyones awesome summer outfits for inspiration and probably some shameless copying aswell lol.

Did anyone actually save the looks/pictures???

MaryK did a few outfits based on their S/S looks, and I think Marley did too, and maybe others. . .

ETA: I started looking back through their Blog and found a number of S/S outfits and items in the blog entries, so might be worth checking. . .

I will have fun shopping for similar items! I think you can really work with the concepts of these looks and like it was said approximate them.

I have some of the old looks saved on my harddrive, but not all. These below are all I could find.
