Haha...so cute! Our cat brings all of her toys and drops them beside our bed in the night. By morning we always have a pile of cat toys next to the bed! Cats are so funny...

My furry beast used to bring pieces of bread, once a whole toast (melted cheese on french bread), once an intact mussel shell. Last year on my b-day he brought a mouse (and left it on bathroom floor).

Oh my goodness, this IS hillarious! My cat only brings home yucky creepy crawlies (including a live snake) for us to contend with - certainly gets our attention.... ;-0

On a similar note, I once heard of a shoplifting guide dog... This cute little golden retriever once walked out of Wallmart with a nerf ball in his mouth.

Jenava, ours do that too! And they usually cry for us to play with them too. At 3am.
It's so touching to know why kitties do this. Even the strays I feed bring me gifts. Usually such things as rabbits (that was so sad), but it's touching that they feel safe with me.

My kitty never brings me anything. I feel a combination of unloved and relieved. She is an indoor kitty though.

Sarah, mine always wants me to play with her right before I go to bed! Like clockwork. As soon as she hears the familiar sounds of me getting ready to sleep (washing my face, brushing teeth, etc) she will jump off the couch and start meowing at me from outside the bathroom! It makes me feel so guilty!
