Comments on these Spring boots from Nordstrom? - ETA fixed links!

Before making the final commitment to the LD Tuttle booties, I thought I would swing by the footwear mothership of Nordstrom. Has anyone seen/tried these on? I have all of these in my cart, I need to whittle down the selection. Any comments are appreciated.

Frye Reina -- in stone, they remind me of the LD Tuttles but with a lower vamp. The dip in front reminds me of my beloved Report Marks but the pointy toe is more current than the Marks.

Kelsi Dagger Joy -- in Sand this also has the pale color like the LD T's.

Steve Madden Nonstp bootie -- has the peep toe style. 3" heel is manageable. I may have to get these in addition to a closed toe bootie. I see a NEED here...

Steve Madden Raazor bootie -- a faux Harrow. With a 3" heel, it's lower than the real thing which makes it tempting.

Hm, the links aren't working for me. I'll go type in the style names, but off the top of my head maybe skip the open toes so you can wear 'em to work if needed? And the Kelsi Dagger - I had a bootie of hers once and the synthetic lining really irritated my skin. That never happened with any other synthetic lining; usually it just makes my feet sweaty.

I liked the bookending with your hair of the first booties, the ld tuttles.

Ok, back! LOVE the Fryes and the Raazor... you have me tempted by the Raazor, really does look like R&B. Darn, I love the look of the Kelsi Dagger, too. Maybe the perforation would solve the lining problem I mentioned?

The ones I don't care so much for are the Steve Madden Nonstp bootie (back strap is too low on the heel for me) and the Miz Mooz (three is one too many buckles for me). I like the Kelsi Daggers a lot... but they made me feel like I was all feet, giant Big Bird feet.

ETA: Except, do you know what the flower pot situation is with those?

April I don't know, maybe someone else has seen them. I just checked them again and they have a 3-3/4" heel which is sort of a deal breaker for me. My Newburys are 3-5/8" and that's my max.

The Fryes I know well - my client bought them today in the light tan. VERY comfy. I vote those or the Jeffery Campbells. I like the Franco Sartos too.

Denise - I really like the Frye's. Definitely like the report Marks which I love. Very pretty. I like the perforated kelsey dagger in the sand color very much too. I have a real think for perforated leather and I think it's really comfortable in the warm weather. My knees started to ache at the heel height on the peeptoe booties. They are very cool but will that height be practical and comfortable for you? I also thought the FS looked nice. Those were my favorites of the batch. I still think the LD tuttles are the bomb, but you are the only one who has to be happy and most importantly comfortable!! Can't wait to see what you pick!!

I like the Jeffrey Campbell and Franco Sarto best. But partially because I know I never fit Madden or Report. I have good luck with Kelsi Dagger, but am not LOVE with those. Comfort is key of course and your foot rules.
