I must wear grooves to the local boutique and tailor, because this is what they said to me:

Boutique lady:
- In regard to my outfit, of tangerine patent Sigerson Morrison flats worn with jeans and white shirt: "I think that's the most color I've ever seen you wear."
- Holding up black dress with pleated white bodice, in pleading tones: "Maybe you would wear this? It has black!"
- Displaying ornate embellished stretchy belt: "Would you ever, ever wear a belt over a tunic?"

Tailor:
"You want this tighter on the arms too?"
"Your items are so complex! That's your style."

Black, beltless, and complex. That's me!
