Comfortable nude heels for Spring

I feel like a total fake for hating heels but I think they are so uncomfortable. I have found five brands that appear to be on the more comfortable side for nude Spring pumps but would like any other suggestions people have.

They're all fairly high heels, so I don't know how comfortable they will be . I like #'s 1 and 3 the best, and 3 has a bit of a platform so it might be more comfortable.

How about considering a high heeled wedge? Something like the pair below, but with an enclosed toe/pump if you don't want a sandal. I find even 3" plus high heels with wedges very stable and comfortable -- so much more than a regular type high heel like the ones shown on your site.

Those all seem very high to me for someone who isn't fond of heels... Do they have to be heels as I have seen some amazing nude flats around the blogesphere....

I have that kate spade shoe in black and I adore it, but it isn't what I'd call a comfort shoe. But it depends on what you're going for when you say comfort. How much walking do you do? If you don't walk a whole lot, or you wear "commuter shoes" to work or school, then this is probably my favorite of the bunch.

I have a pair of court shoes that are nude from Via Spiga that are reasonably walkable.

I bought a pair of Stuart Weitzman nude peep toe slings last season that have 3 1/2" heel with 1/2" platform. Amazing padding in the forefoot and all leather construction. I have worn them numerous times and they are the most comfortable 3" heel in my closet. I wore them virtually every night on our cruise because they went with darn near everything. Style is caplightly and the online photo does not do them justice.

Having finally admitted to myself that I can no longer wear the towering heels I so love - I have to say that wedges have become my new BFs - I otally agree with Claudia.
