Hi! Do you stick to a wardrobe color palette?
I was shifting my knitwear drawer to more fall transitional items, and found a pile of grey. Hmm. Then I did the same for my closet, and was happy to see the picture below emerge. Burgundy, dark teal, and pops of orange. My fall puffer is the same teal, I've got some burgundy jeans to work with. Plus lots of dark blue, jeans and raincoat. I have my colors for fall!

I love your fall colors too! I especially like how you've incorporated prints with your color scheme into the mix. Teal and ink blue both look so fab with rust and burgundy.

(What is that fox print? A blouse? A scarf? It's awesome!)

I have personal colour fads, lol. I will go thru my closet and pull a certain colour scheme to wear for awhile. I'm feeling olive and navy and a little bit of white at the moment.

Gorgeous fall colors! Like Jenn said, those blues mix beautifully with the warmer tones.
I tend toward the warm autumn colors, but I think I look best in soft, muted versions of them. Even in my home decor, I just pulled out some teal and rust-red pillows to replace the brighter pinks and oranges I had over the summer. Tis the season, I guess!

I love your color scheme. When I look in my closet all I see is black, grey, white, navy and fatigue green. Very dull to look at!

Pretty colors, Julie! I like all those pops of orange - so fitting for fall.
I stick to mostly black bottoms and dresses, with bright solid colored tops and cardigans, with accessories to match. I wear light gray on top on the rare occasion that I'm not feeling the brights.

Your fall color palette is lovely. I narrowed my wardrobe to grey, blue and olive when I went grey. Lately, though, I've added red, burgundy, and pink. After all, rules are meant to be broken.

I'm one of those black, grey and ivory folks. I like to mix shades and textures. Though this year I'm craving some burgundy, deep navy, and forest green, preferably satin and velvet!

Such beautiful tones. So warm and inviting. Your colour palette is very different to mine but I could look at your photo all day.

In answer to your question, yes I do stick to a specific colour palette. Black, grey, white and navy. If I do colour it is more often than not in my accessories. I do own a musky pink jacket, a red top and a sapphire blue dress and these serve to add a little something to my neutrals when I feel the need.

I actually do stick to a pretty tight color palette. Lots of grey, black, brown, tan. The actual colors I mix in, well, it used to be limited to blue and a touch of olive. I've recently added pinks of many shades to the mix (blush, soft, berry). I've learned through trial and error that I won't wear things not in that set of colors so I don't care how much I love it, I just won't bring it home

Beautiful colours Julie. Burgundy, teal and orange are such an interesting mix and perfect for fall. So warm and inviting.
My colour palette is influenced by autumn colours. I wear a lot of olive green, dark chocolate brown, cognac and occasionally burnt orange.

I stick to a fairly strict palette all year round. Neutrals are ink/navy/denim; greys (all shades); white. Small amounts of black.

Colours are blues (brighter/ royal); red (from cranberry to fire engine); fuchsia/magenta; occasional teal.

I vary the amounts of each by season -- so I wear more white in summer, for example.

I stick to a colour palette of cool colours. However, I like to incorporate a "season feel" by wearing in particular those of my colours which best reflect or harmonize with the actual season. In fall: cool brown/taupe, blue-red, purple, teal, deep forest green, medium grey and charcoal.

By the way, I like your colour scheme very much. And I guess it will look terrific on someone who has warmer personal colours (hair, skin, eyes, etc.) than I have.

Interesting to hear about your colors! I usually am a very cool-color person, though with a soft spot for orange. I expect to be back to jewel tones and grey/charcoal for winter. But for now, I'm feeling like fall...
