That is quite funny! I have been assaulted by orange amonst a sea of neutrals in some stores here recently.

I miss their prints and their edgier post-apocalyptic cuts, although I think a single saturated color among the moody blacks and greys can be very dramatic. They seem to be getting more mainstream.

I know. It's quite crazy. (Now I won't look as out of place in All Saints when shopping with clients wearing one of my bright coats).

I'm seeing far less drape, hectic maximal styling, and distressing at All Saints. I wonder why that is? Might be new management at the merchandise level.

Una, I totally agree. One of the sadnesses of my fashion life is that I discovered allsaints right at the tail end of their crazy draped/postapocalyptic/night floral phase. You know, things like my black lace wrap dress that should have come with an instruction manual, and my bubble skirt. The good thing is that you can still find most of those things on ebay. I've not been very impressed with them the last few seasons - everything seems almost too minimal and plain, plus there was a lot of super tight and short.

Okay, so now I'm really laughing - because while almost all of these pieces has a color option... when I pull up the page, everything looks stark and black and white (which I love).

I was imagining you, getting a promotional email with COLOR in the subject line, clicking on the link, and getting that eyeful of black and white...

I really love that geranium color. Isn't this the color that was being paired with pink on the runways? Although neither color seems very "All Saints"
