Collect applet problem

I know others have had problems. I'm trying to collect a Find from Zappos and I'm logged in, but repeatedly get the message that I need to be logged in to collect. I tried Amazon and Nordstrom with the same result.

I'm on Mac/Safari 12.1.2. Cookies are enabled.

Janet, do you perhaps have "prevent cross-site tracking" enabled in your Safari Privacy preferences?

No, Greg -- it's unchecked. And it's not working on phone or laptop.

Are you sure it is 12.1.2, and not 13.1.2?

I have tried on multiple Macs and I can't reproduce what you are seeing, so maybe there is an issue with the older (12.x.x) version of Safari?

Hi Greg,

Well, I updated Safari to 13.X.X and that seems to solve it on my computer. Not sure what the solution is for iPhone though! Thanks.

I'm curious how you got the YLF collector into Safari on your phone. Did you sync the bookmark across somehow?
