Collect App Not Working for Net-a-Porter

I have fixed the collector for NAP. It works in Safari on my Mac, but there is still a problem on Chrome where all collectors are not recognizing that you're logged in to YLF. Still investigating that one.

I think I have fixed the problem that was breaking the collector on Chrome. I have checked that Nordstrom and NAP work on both Chrome and Safari. Please let me know if you experience any more problems.

Actually, my fix broke something else, so I'm back to the drawing board.

I will update here when I've figured it out.

ETA: I think it's sorted. Fingers crossed.

UmmLila, Could you please tell me the version of Safari you have. It's in the Safari > About Safari menu.

I think that's solved it, Greg -- I turned off the prevent cross-site tracking!

I tried to find a similar setting in Chrome, but had no luck. I appreciate your bearing with me on this issue ... it's so hard to figure out all the possible configurations on other people's machines.

One place you can try is in "Preferences > Privacy and Security".

You will see a place some way down the page where you can set "Sites that can always use cookies". If you add "youlookfab.com" to this list things should work.
