I'm new to leggings, but I have to say I love them with a cute tunic sweater. They're just so comfortable! And a significant step up for me from last year's bulky lounge pants and fleece sweatshirt that I lived in. Anyway, I was wondering if it matters what kind of coat I wear with the leggings. Sometimes if I wear an above-the-knee puffy coat, it makes my legs look so skinny in comparison (normally I'd love that, but I'm wondering if it looks out of proportion). Do I have to wear a more tailored/streamlined coat? Or doesn't it matter because it's winter and being warm is the most important thing anyways? I'm going for a casual look.

(This whole fashion thing is new to me, so I might be asking a lot of silly questions on here while I learn - hope that's ok!!)
