Coach's service is amazing!

So the handle on my RATE Coach bag started coming unstittched! I brought it in to our local Coach store and they sent it off for repairs free of charge. They were able to look me up in their system even though this is the only bag I've ever bought and I got it online. I had to dump my purse out into a shopping bag, which was pretty funny. Anyway, I am psyched!

Yes, unravelling is too RATE for my tastes! I was impressed that they didn't even require payment for postage or anything...

My Mom has been carrying Coach bags for over 40 years, back when the only bags they had were the classic line - the saddle bags, etc....I think that a sales problem for Coach was that the bags lasted forever, especially with their awesome service of re-binding the bags and straps! I have used that service many times, and am surprised it still exists.

On a related topic, my (gay - which here , I think, is an important detail) former boss informed me that Coach is "for old ladies"! Does anyone else feel that it's a brand for my mother (and now me, I guess!) only?!

That guy is the one who encouraged me to get the red Hobo bag at Rack that I
l-o-v-e, but still, I love my Coach too!!

Valentino has very similar service. I purchased of pair of shoes while in Vegas, and one of the buttons popped of a few days after I came home. This was while living in the middle of nowhere, WA. They sent me a shipping label and I sent off my shoes. A few weeks later, they came back to me, free of charge. They also brought me champagne while I was trying the shoes on for the first time, which may have something to do with why I purchased them

I'm glad to hear they're treating you so well! If only other companies would get a clue...

Honestly, with the prices that they charge their customer service *should* be awesome. Actually, their bags should come with a little leprechaun stationed inside that keeps handing you gold coins when you open it.
