Club Monaco Crops?

A while ago someone posted a link or this find to a pair of Club Monaco crops - but I can't find the post to learn more! They seem like they could be beautifully dressed up for work and I'm intrigued by the wrap front styling.

I am curious is anyone owns them or has advice on sizing for CM in general. I tend to be between sizes due to my low waist/hip ratio but end up with sagging pants if I size up.

I have no idea about CM sizing on bottoms (I only have a couple of tops from them), but those are so cute. I don't much care for the look of most wide-legged crops I see, but those I would try. I don't know if they would suit my body type though.

They might run a size small. Super cute. Try them.

I'm a big CM fan. They tend to fit a narrower frame, which helps me out. Have lots of their stuff - but I have to be in a neutral mood. They don't do colours. Usually great quality.

I used to be a major buyer of CM pieces until about 2 years ago but still pop in to look at what's happening and to try the odd thing on . I say this as a way of giving my opinion some credibility. I agree with Angie in that if anything, they run small. Not on every piece, but often you need to take a size larger in pants. And yes, they are a better fit on a narrow frame. These are gorgeous pants and I did see them in our local CM store.

Yes. I remember the post...but I can't find it again. Hrrrmmm. I think these are super cute and I'm considering them also. But, if they are cut straighter, narrower, smaller...then that does not bode well for me. If I happen to try them on, I'll let you know how it went.

Me too, Emily K. I kinda want to try them, but it doesn't sound encouraging. Please do share if you do try them! We don't have a CM anywhere near me, so I would have to order them, and I just don't know if I'm that motivated.

They are a Canadian company, with a core customer that reflects their biggest market (in Canada, anyways): Vancouver. Consider the population base there and you'll see why the fits and styling are what they are. I say this again with some knowledge of their inner workings...a close friendship with a former CM international personal shopper and store manager.

Ooooh, Lisa. Share more of the inside scoop on CM. LOVE hearing about it. They're moving into a big new fancy store site in Seattle that was modeled on the Hong Kong store (which is stunning - I've been there). I'm excited. Makes me homesick.

Emily & Janet, these wide crops in particular are mid-rise, and eased through the hips and thighs. They could absolutely work for your body types.
