Club Monaco Grace shorts - to hem or not to hem?

I have just received these CM Grace shorts in blue after taking advantage of the awesome Memorial Day promotion. Since I sized up from my usual size to avoid any possible hip area pulling (normally I stay away from welt pockets) and since I have fairly short legs for my height they hit me quite a bit lower than the model. I was wondering if I should leave the length as is (photo #1) or hem them a bit to more conventional length ( photo #2, shows them both 1" and 2" shorter). I have included a photo of my classic white bermuda shorts for comparison as well (#3). Thank you in advance!

They fit perfectly so I am glad you sized up! I am going to be in the minority, but I like the long length as is.

I like them pinned at 1" shorter, but Angie's photo makes them look best in motion.

Another vote for leaving them longer. Have the cobalt ones and am happy with them sized up also; they seem both more comfortable and more today to me that way.

This is a new style for me and I appreciate styling ideas as I have yet to play with my options. Thanks for all the sharing of expertise on these. With the right eye, they can really add some flair to a summer wardrobe. I am very happy with the quality of the fabric and fabrication.

Angie liked the longer length on me, but they were REALLY long (longer on me than on you) and so I shortened them a touch. As you know, I have a bit of a poison eye for clam length items on myself (not on others and certainly not on you.) I can't really explain it, but it just doesn't feel right to me personally.
