I've been drooling over a vest at J. Jill and I'm about to cave. This is the vest:

For those who don't want to look, it's a dark gray tweed vest made of wool and cashmere. The care instructions are the only thing that's held me back this long... dry clean only. Could I get away with hand washing this? Or my washing machine has an "ultra hand wash" cycle with the option of no spin. Would that work?
