I'd say give them a chance to correct the mistake. Last winter, i took my coat to the cleaners and a few weeks after picking it up when I wanted to wear it, I noticed the belt was missing. I went back and told them, so, they found it and called me to pick it up. The buckle on my belt was broken before I took it in & I had forgotten to mention it, so the poor guy who found the belt, thought that they had broken it, haha, and he fixed it for me by replacing it with a new one. I offered to pay but they refused to charge me and said it will make up for the trouble. They definitely made up for it and had a happy customer.
