Never, ever, EVER thought I'd hear/see VB say that. She used to be almost militant about heels - the higher the better.

I really like her chunky sweater and white sneakers outfit. Funny that she says she can't concentrate if she's not wearing heels, haha!

Thanks for sharing! I loved the outfits in the article, especially the dressy pants with white sneakers. But I am a fan of her style anyway...
