Chunky knit pullover.....is this working?

OK, I may have found my chunky pullover sweater. This is a cotton/acrylic (I'm ok with that!) pullover by Hive and Honey from Piperlime. I love the color and it's super soft and not itchy.

#1-2 - Styled with VC midi skirt, Report Marks booties
#3 - Styled with straight/skinnies and booties (the sweater is ruched up a little here)

What do you think? Is it working?

It's longer than the cropped ones Angie posted but the color is lovely and I think it works on your slim figure, both with the skirt and jeans. It's fitted enough that it doesn't add much visual bulk. I like how it balances your booties.

I love it! It doesn't look like a chunky knit (in terms of the weave) but it; still fits the visual need to my eye. Great color on you.

Absolutely! This is so fab on you. I like the sweater with the trousers, too, but it is simply stunning with the mid and booties. Wear often!

Thanks, everyone! Una, you're right; it's not super chunky, but I think the "visual" works like you said.

Joy, at my age cropped sweaters (drawing attention to my middle-aged middle) just aren't in the plan! I need more coverage.

I feel like Goldilocks looking for the perfect sweater...not too chunky, not too long, not too short....

Suz, I have been working my midi into my autumn looks. The slimming/shaper shorts help cut down on bunching when I wear tights.

I like it with the skirt and the jeans - very attractive and a pretty color on you.....honestly, I don't like the booties with the skirt as much....but you carry it off beautifully!
