Christopher Blue review (and thanks!)

As part of my effort to try on every pair of jeans ever made : ) I had ordered Christopher Blue jeans in the Hannah cut from MyShape. They were a cute flare cut but the size they sent was too small - size 2 and I wear a 6) I had to suck in to get them zipped and what happened when I exhaled wasn't pretty!I decided not to get them in a larger size because they ended up being a fairly light wash.

I feel like all of you have given me lots of other options to try in my other post about needing higher rise jeans. I am armed with a new list of denim options and the search continues. Thanks to all of you for your suggestions! You are great!!!

Thanks for the review.
I am going to try the COH Hutton jeans. I am told they are higher rise and trouser cut.

San, those are on my list too! Shiny recommends that cut. I'm having trouble finding them without ordering them.

I'm following your jean journey with much interest!

I am also determined to find a great pair of jeans this year! I am starting a "closet clean-up" and I only have one pair of black jeans that look good, and one pair of dark blue that are "okay." All the others are going into the "give away" pile. Yikes!

Thanks very much for the review, Chelle. I hope you recovered from the breathing difficulties while trying on the jeans How irritating that they sent you the wrong size! Sounds like it wasn't meant to be. Well, another one to cross off the list!

I am also following this with interest.
I am returning the J.Jill cement (color)jeans, too light weight, so they wrinkle?
I am going to try the denim soon. I think I remember they were heavier in weight(?), it all gets so confusing at some point.
I will hopefully send pics out soon. I'm going to put together a "jean show". Maybe some of you could do this too so we can get a better idea of what the various results are? An all jeans ,all day kind of thing
Tarzy, what is the brand of your black jeans? I am looking for some without much luck.

San, Bloomies currently has a pair of COH Hutton in a great dark wash for a great price ( extra 25 % off so they come out to be around $80). They only have a size 26 though, I don't know which size you wear , 25 maybe?
