I didn't get a chance to reply to the other threads, but I really wanted to chime in here and say that I think you are both (and Khris, you too of course, you are looking SO slim!) doing very well!
Michelle: I'm in awe here. The mere thought of those baked goods makes me drool;-)
Marianna: It's a common fact that moving house is a notoriously difficult time to stick to any type of healthy meal planning (just ask around, you'll hear stories of take-out Chinese and eating pizza for weeks, if not longer, on end). Add the stress of the job insecurity (I'm a total stress eater myself) and it get's even more challenging. I really think it's very positive that you are making a conscious effort and that you are actually aware of how you usually react to this type of situations. That's always the first step, now you can try to start thinking of other ways to deal with it.
And yay, a gym so close by, let us know what type of equipment/exercises you will be trying?
