I dont know that one. I love these prints too, in theory. I saw this Tracy Reese one at a boutique in Seattle and it was gorgeous -- but I don't remember the severe horizontal line shown here. I wonder if placement varies?
It's wicked cute- and the coat too! I'm confused those, when you hover over your linked picture it says "Guess" (and then I was thinking 'how has anyone not heard of guess?') and the website it's "Press"? That's weird...unless they literally want you to guess I suppose....
Love how the print is carried on the back too. Hard to wear tho. Strugglung with the front printed dress that i think you also bought. Do you still have it?
I like that kind of print, too, and really like the dress. I've seen fabrics like this and wondered what I might do with them. I'm not familiar with the brand, though I have seen it, I think, in some stores around here. I think what I've seen are cardigans and dresses, trendy and cute, lower-end but decent looking quality.
I ordered this and thought of you. I so cannot wear shift dresses -- wrong body type so although this fit it was very unflattering. FWIW, this is cut wider in the hips than most shift dresses.
Oooh, really, Donna? I love shift dresses but always have to size up because of the damn hips, so maybe I should try this. What was the fabric like? I am worried that it's that yucky staticky poly.
Diana, I ordered this and it should arrive today... I just had to try it. I love my Carven dress but it is bodycon to wear on its own - I thought a shift might be better for that. Will let you know and post pics so you can see, assuming it fits and whether it works.
Diana; I added the hips part with you in mind! The fabric is knit poly; not the best as the dress is only $68, right? But you could probably do worse at F21 and the like. The neckline covers my collarbone which I've decided is a bad look for me.
