Charles David "Bailey" flat

Does anyone have these flats? Can you comment on the fit and comfort? I have narrow feet, long toes, and am currently hobbled by plantar fasciitis on one foot but need a dressy black flat or sandal this summer.

I don't suppose one must try these things on to really know... in any case, I don't have these shoes but I had a pair of Charles David pointy pumps that served me well for many years. Worth a try.

Angie had them in her weekly roundups a few weeks back.

And this is what she wrote:

Technically not a sandal because of the closed toe, but still pretty open and breezy. Delicious with the trendy ankle strap. It works well on higher volume feet — as most sandals do — and is buttery soft and quite elegant. The small heel is more supportive than a completely flat heel. I found that the top edge of the vamp cut into my foot, but that’s because the toe box was too wide. It’s working well on a few of my clients.

Wonderful shoes, so stylish!

I had plantar fasciitis on my right foot a couple of years ago, and it lasted a whole year. But I guess my foot will never be completely OK again, I do occasionally suffer from random and strange stabbing pains and cramps. It is very difficult for me to find really confortable shoes.
